Our Howe Park Passivhaus project we
have just received an air test result of 0.15 Air Changes / hour - from our
research this is one of, if not the best UK air tight result yet!
Households produce around 28% of UK CO2 emissions mainly through space heating, hot water provision and lighting. Nice concept! The way its foundation is built, it will stand for years and years. I think it has a perfect foundation for a Passivhaus.
